George Lowe, former chief of staff for two U.S. senators, joins natural gas lobbying team Lowe Lobbyist George Lowe has joined the American Gas Association as vice president of federal affairs, the $25 million-revenue organization announced Feb. 28. Lowe most recently was president of Lowe Strategies, an Alexandria, Va.-based government relations service he founded in 2009. But before switching over to the private sector, he had cut his teeth on Capitol Hill in the office of former Sen.
